Availability:

Our club is available for hire every day of the week except Friday nights. This flexibility lets you plan your event at a time that works best for you.

• Bar: Fully stocked with a wide range of beverages to keep your guests refreshed.

• Garden: A lovely outdoor space perfect for mingling and outdoor activities.

• Sound System: High-quality audio equipment ensures your music and announcements are heard clearly.

• TVs: Multiple screens for presentations, slideshows, or live broadcasts.

• Parking: Convenient on-site parking for you and your guests.

Additional Services:

While we do not offer in-house catering, we can recommend excellent local caterers to suit your needs. Additionally, we can help you source DJs.

Pricing:

Example Pricing: Starting from £454 for our minimum 4 hour hire with bar staff options.

Exclusive Hire:	Four-Hour Minimum Hire Charge:
Hire cost with one bar staff	£454
Hire cost with two bar staff	£518
Hire cost with three bar staff	£582

Costs quoted are inclusive of VAT.

Additional costs apply for extended hours and special requests.

Discounts are available for midweek hire and for those that have been a member for more than five years. Details on the member discount structure is available here.

A deposit is required to secure your book and payment in full is required before your event.

Booking and Availability:

Check our online calendar to see if your desired date is available. We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred date. Visit our website to view photos of past events, showcasing the versatility and charm of our venue. Please note this calendar does change frequently and your date may not be available even if free on the calendar. Check Availability

Please note that we are fully booked and unable to accommodate any Saturday evening bookings this year. We are taking bookings for 2025 and recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.

Please note that the Home Guard Club is only available for booking by our personal and corporate members. If you are not yet a member, we invite you to join our community to enjoy this and many other benefits.
